Address changes are not guaranteed after order processing begins or after the package is transferred to the carrier.
Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is required because of an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package.
10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days after delivery.
Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label sent by email.
Airorawear does not charge:
- Return shipping fees for approved returns
- Restocking fees
- Storage fees
- Return handling fees
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

11. Product Condition
Returned products must meet the eligibility conditions stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
Items may be refused when they are:
- Worn
- Altered
- Resized
- Damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging or included components
Earrings must be unworn and returned with their original hygiene protection, except where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
We may request:

- Description of the issue
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Shipping-label photograph
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, exchange, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins, a shipping label is created, or the package is transferred to the carrier.
After shipment, the customer must follow the return process.
