This Shipping Policy explains how Airorawear processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders placed through airorawear.shop.

1. Summary

  • We ship only to valid addresses within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing according to the schedule below.
  • Order preparation takes 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery generally takes 2–6 business days after shipment.
  • Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order.
  • Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Estimated total delivery time is generally 3–8 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and carrier holidays.

3. Shipping Area

Airorawear ships jewelry products, including rings, bracelets, and earrings, only to valid residential or commercial addresses within the United States.

We currently do not ship to:

  • International addresses
  • Freight-forwarding addresses outside the United States
  • Addresses that cannot be verified by the selected shipping carrier
  • Locations restricted by applicable carrier rules or law

Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, military addresses, and P.O. boxes may depend on carrier service availability. Customers should contact us before ordering when delivery availability is uncertain.

4. Order Cutoff Time

The daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day may begin processing that business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or carrier holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Example

  • An order placed at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday may begin processing on Tuesday.
  • An order placed at 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday will begin processing on Wednesday, provided Wednesday is a business day.

5. Order Preparation Time

Orders require 1–2 business days for verification, preparation, packaging, and carrier handoff.

Preparation occurs Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and carrier holidays.

Order preparation may include:

  • Payment verification
  • Address verification
  • Product inspection
  • Secure jewelry packaging
  • Shipping-label creation
  • Carrier collection or drop-off

The preparation period is separate from the carrier delivery period.

6. Delivery Time

After an order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery generally takes 2–6 business days, depending on the delivery address, carrier network, weather, service availability, and local delivery conditions.

Some orders may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. Early delivery is not guaranteed.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally 3–8 business days:

  • Preparation: 1–2 business days
  • Carrier delivery: 2–6 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, emergencies, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Shipping Fees

A flat standard shipping fee of $6.99 applies to each order, regardless of order value, product quantity, or delivery location within the supported United States shipping area.

The shipping fee is displayed before the customer completes checkout.

No hidden handling or packaging charges are added after checkout.

Applicable taxes on purchased products, if required by the delivery location, are calculated and displayed separately during checkout. No separate tax is charged on the $6.99 shipping fee.

Separate orders are charged separately. Orders placed separately cannot be guaranteed to ship together.

8. Shipping Carriers

Airorawear may use any of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected according to the delivery address, package size, service availability, and operational requirements.

Customers cannot always select a specific carrier during checkout.

9. Order Tracking

When an order ships, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The shipping-confirmation email may include:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Shipment date
  • Estimated delivery information

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address during checkout.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address before submitting an order.

The shipping address should include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, unit, or suite number, when applicable
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP Code
  • Valid contact details

Airorawear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.

Customers should contact us immediately after placing an order when an address correction is required.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered preparation or has been transferred to the carrier.

We do not redirect packages after shipment.

11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us when:

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect
  • The recipient is unavailable
  • Delivery is refused
  • The package is not collected
  • The address is inaccessible
  • The carrier cannot verify the address

When a package is returned, we will contact the customer using the email address associated with the order.

Additional shipping charges may apply when the customer requests reshipment due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect the package, or another customer-related delivery issue.

Any refund for a returned package will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable when the carrier service has already been provided.

12. Delivery Confirmation

A package is considered delivered when the carrier tracking record shows delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Customers should check:

  • Mailboxes
  • Front doors
  • Side doors
  • Building reception areas
  • Parcel lockers
  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Property management offices

Customers should also contact the carrier directly when tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located.

13. Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Holiday demand
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • Local delivery restrictions
  • Carrier network congestion
  • Government actions
  • Public emergencies
  • Events outside our reasonable control

When tracking information has not updated for several business days, customers may contact us for assistance.

We will review the available tracking information and, when appropriate, contact the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations may require additional time and are subject to the carrier’s procedures.

14. Lost Packages

Customers should contact us when a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period and tracking does not provide a clear delivery status.

  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number
  • Description of the issue

We may open a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed while a carrier investigation remains open. Each case is reviewed using the order record, tracking history, delivery confirmation, and carrier findings.

15. Damaged Packages

Customers who receive a damaged package or damaged product should contact us promptly after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Photograph of the shipping label

Customers should retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Approved damaged-item claims will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

16. Multiple-Item Orders

Products from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments:

  • More than one tracking number may be provided
  • Packages may arrive on different dates
  • No additional shipping charge will be added after checkout

17. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible when requesting an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after:

  • A shipping label has been created
  • The package has been transferred to the carrier
