This policy explains the payment methods accepted for purchases made through airorawear.shop.
1. Summary
- Airorawear accepts payments through PayPal and Venmo.
- All payments are processed in United States dollars.
- Available payment options are displayed during checkout.
- Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown before payment is submitted.
- Airorawear does not charge an additional payment-processing fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Payment information is processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Airorawear accepts the following payment methods:

Payment-method availability may depend on the customer’s device, browser, account eligibility, and the payment provider’s technical availability.
3. Payment Currency
All product prices, shipping fees, taxes, refunds, and order totals are processed in United States dollars (USD).
Airorawear currently accepts orders only for delivery within the United States.
4. Order Total
Before completing payment, customers can review:
- Product subtotal
- Applicable discounts
- Standard shipping fee of $6.99
- Applicable sales tax
- Final order total
No undisclosed mandatory fees are added after checkout.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:
- The selected payment account is valid
- The customer is authorized to use the payment method
- The submitted billing information is accurate
- The payment provider may authorize and process the transaction
- Airorawear may collect the final amount displayed during checkout
An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted.
6. PayPal Payments
Customers selecting PayPal may be redirected to PayPal or shown a PayPal payment window.
The customer must sign in to an eligible PayPal account or use another option displayed by PayPal.
PayPal independently manages:
- Account authentication
- Payment authorization
- Transaction processing
- Payment-account security
- Certain payment disputes
Airorawear does not control PayPal account approvals, restrictions, or verification requirements.
7. Venmo Payments
Venmo may be available through the checkout payment provider.
Customers may need:
- An eligible Venmo account
- A supported mobile device or browser
- Access to the Venmo application
- A payment method connected to the Venmo account
Venmo availability is determined by the payment provider and may not appear for every customer or device.
Airorawear does not control Venmo account approvals, limits, restrictions, or verification requirements.
8. Payment Processing Fees
Airorawear does not charge customers an additional fee for paying through PayPal or Venmo.
A customer’s payment provider, bank, or connected funding source may apply its own fees under its separate agreement with the customer.
Customers should review the applicable provider terms before completing payment.
9. Payment Security
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Airorawear does not intentionally store complete payment-account credentials, passwords, card security codes, or full payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Customers should never send the following information by ordinary email:
- PayPal password
- Venmo password
- Account security code
- Full payment-card number
- Card security code
- Banking password
10. Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may be declined because of:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect billing information
- Account restrictions
- Payment-provider security checks
- Expired or unavailable funding sources
- Suspected fraud
- Technical errors
- Transaction limits
When a payment is declined, the order may not be completed.
Customers should contact PayPal, Venmo, their bank, or the connected payment provider for additional information about a declined transaction.
11. Pending Payments
Some payments may appear as pending while the payment provider completes authorization or security verification.
An order may remain unconfirmed until payment is successfully approved.
Airorawear may cancel an order when payment authorization cannot be completed.
12. Duplicate Payments
Customers who believe they were charged more than once should contact: support@airorawear.shop
Please provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used during checkout
- Transaction date
- Payment method
- Screenshot or transaction reference, when available
Do not send account passwords or complete financial information.
We will review the order and payment records and respond with the available transaction information.
13. Payment Verification
Airorawear or its payment providers may perform reasonable verification to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions. Verification may include reviewing:
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Payment status
- Transaction identifiers
- Order history
- Fraud-risk indicators
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to verify an order.
14. Order Cancellation and Payment
When an order cancellation is approved before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
No cancellation fee is charged.
Refund processing follows the Cancel or Change Order Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal or Venmo payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after:
- An approved cancellation, or
- A returned item is received, inspected, and approved
The payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after it is issued.
Airorawear cannot control the payment provider’s posting time.
16. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Airorawear before opening a payment dispute so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
When a dispute is opened through PayPal, Venmo, a bank, or another payment provider, refund processing may be paused while the provider reviews the case.
Airorawear may provide relevant records, including:
- Order confirmation
- Payment status
- Shipping information
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
- Return records
17. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
Customers should contact their payment provider immediately if they believe their PayPal or Venmo account was used without authorization.

We may pause, review, or cancel an order when unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
18. Third-Party Payment Services
PayPal and Venmo are independent payment services.
Their use may be governed by their own:
- User agreements
- Privacy policies
- Security procedures
- Account requirements
- Dispute procedures
- Transaction limits
Airorawear is responsible for its own order, shipping, return, refund, and customer-support obligations but does not control the independent operation of third-party payment accounts.
