This policy explains how customers may request an order cancellation or change before shipment.
1. Summary
- Cancellation and change requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
- Requests are not guaranteed after order processing begins.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipment.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
- Address, product, quantity, and size changes depend on order status and product availability.
- Customers should contact support@airorawear.shop with their order number.
2. Order Change Deadline
Customers should submit cancellation or change requests before the order enters preparation.
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted. Contacting us before the cutoff time does not guarantee that a request can be completed.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used during checkout
- Requested cancellation or change
- Correct shipping address, product, size, or quantity, when applicable

- Shipping Address Change Request
4. Changes We May Be Able to Make
Depending on order status and product availability, we may be able to change:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Product
- Ring size or other variation
- Quantity
- Email address
- Contact information
Requested changes are effective only after Airorawear confirms them by email.
5. When Changes Are Not Available
We may be unable to change or cancel an order after:
- Order preparation has started
- The product has been packaged
- A shipping label has been created
- The package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- The order has shipped
After shipment, the customer must follow the Return and Refund Policy.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Address changes are not guaranteed after checkout.
We cannot guarantee that a package can be redirected after shipment.
Airorawear is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address as referenced in our Shipping Policy.
7. Product or Size Changes
Product, quantity, or size changes depend on availability.
When the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the price difference before the change is completed.
When the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may keep the original order or request cancellation if the order has not shipped.
8. Approved Cancellations
When a cancellation is approved before shipment:
- The order or affected item will be canceled
- A confirmation email will be sent
- The applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method
- No cancellation fee will be charged
Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after cancellation approval.
The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
9. Partial Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of one or more products in a multi-item order. If approved:
- Only the canceled product price and applicable tax will be refunded
- The remaining products will continue processing
- Discounts may be recalculated if the original promotion required a minimum quantity or order value
- The original shipping fee may remain unchanged
Any adjustment will be communicated before completion.
10. Duplicate Orders
Customers who accidentally submit a duplicate order should contact us immediately.
Duplicate orders are not automatically detected or canceled.
If the duplicate order has already shipped, it must be returned according to the Return and Refund Policy.
11. Orders Canceled by Airorawear
Airorawear may cancel an order because of:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incomplete or inaccurate information
- Unsupported shipping address
- Obvious pricing or technical error
- Legal or security restrictions
If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
12. Orders Already Shipped
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after shipment.
Customers may request an eligible return within 60 calendar days after delivery.
Approved returns include a free prepaid return shipping label and are handled according to the Return and Refund Policy.
